Community Suite (Product Strategy)
I formed the strategy for our software suite we branded, “Community Suite”, so that our four products can be seamlessly interconnected and enable our clients to successfully own homes.
Foundation (Brand Strategy)
I created a brand guideline that would keep our brand messaging consistent across all platforms. This would be used company-wide as the source of truth for how we convey our message externally.
Offer Portal
We create a more streamlined process supported by technology that allows our clients to find the home of their dreams, place an offer, and close on the home as operationally efficiently as possible.
